Inside, an open floor plan connects a series of tatami rooms with sliding doors that open to a spacious engawa porch, inviting natural light and ocean breezes throughout the day. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and share meals with family and friends. We provide crisp cotton bedding, carefully chosen for comfort and simplicity.
The home sits on a generous 495.82 square meter lot, offering ample space for relaxing outdoors or grilling in the BBQ area. Guests also have access to bicycles, perfect for exploring local beaches, quiet backroads, and nearby attractions like Tateyama Castle, Okinoshima Beach, and the scenic Bōsō Flower Line.
A detached storage shed on the property has been converted into a private art studio, available to guests upon request—perfect for painting, writing, or simply finding a quiet place to create.

Getting There
From Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit
Purchase tickets at the Yaesu South Exit ticket counter, which operates from 6:00 AM to 12:30 AM. Credit cards are accepted.
Take the JR Bus Kanto Highway Bus to Tateyama Station
You can purchase tickets online in advance or pay with a Suica/PASMO card.
Board the bus, bound for Tateyama Station.
Estimated fare: around 2,400–2,800 yen one-way.
Travel time: approximately 2 hours, depending on traffic. View the schedule here.
Arrive at Tateyama Station: From here, you can take a taxi or bus to Miyagi House (about 10 minutes by car).
From Haneda Airport Terminal 3 (International):
When you arrive at Haneda, take the free “Inter-terminal Shuttle” to Terminal 1 (7 min).
Find the Keikyu Bus Stop on the 1st floor arrival lobby.
Purchase your ticket to Tateyama at the Keikyu Bus ticket vending machine or pay with a Suica/PASMO card.
Buses run hourly until 10 PM. Check here for departures.
